  Had one of the best dinners ever from this O'charley's.  Kelley and Kaylay made sure everything was cooked as ordered.  They were professional and kind. I will go back.

  Without a doubt the worst service and food we've had in quite some time. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived and  we still waited almost 20 minutes to be seated.
  After being seated we still had to wait awhile before we were approached by a server.
  Even then it took forever to get our food and when it arrived it wasn't like what we ordered. Some of our group ordered burgers and when they arrived there was as no mustard, mayonnaise or onions on them.
  When we asked for onion it still took almost 10 minutes for it to brought out to us. By then our meals were cold and not worthy of eating.
  Christopher our server was very polite, but he was at the mercy of the kitchen that was obviously understaffed.
  This was a very unpleasant experience and it not likely we'll be back to O'Charleys.

  Placed an order for a medium rare steak blue cheese wedge salad with all the toppings. It had two slices of soggy tomato, no bacon and well done steak. The lettuce was brown which i can look past but when i actually looked at it you could tell the lettuce was going bad.
  I also asked for a tilapia with a side of rice pilaf and a side wedge salad. I asked them to hold the blue cheese but leave all the toppings and they gave me nothing but the lettuce head. No toppings, no dressing, no utensils.
  I literally am in shock and regret spending every penny for this dinner.

  Service s awful (dine in and takeout)
  I placed an online order and it said it would be ready at 6:05... standing here 20 minutes later and still waiting. Food is usually descent and I keep thinking maybe it's gotten better (it's been at least 6 months since I've been here) but nope. Hopefully my food will be hot if I ever get it.

  The service is ok. The wait is awful. And they are out of food. The server even said she didn't know what was wrong.
